Step 1

Contact our engineering department providing your name, address, phone number and some basic information about your upcoming project. Please, include the dimensions of your pool, picture of tech label of your outdoor air conditioning unit, distance between outdoor unit and pool pump. Our engineering team will get back to you within 24 hours with detailed calculations and recommendation of the heat exchanger system.

Step 2

Place your order. You can place your order over the phone or by email. Once order is paid in full, it will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. The Tracking information will be provided once shipping label is created. 

Step 3

Once you receive your order, make sure that all the components are present and are in good condition. 

Step 4

Call our technical support team. If you are located in South Florida or New York city, you will be referred to our knowledgeable certified installer in your area. Home Energy Solutions is constantly working to get more and more installers trained, so that the network of our installers rapidly growing. However, if you are out of our certified installer reach, you can pick any local HVAC company of your choice and our technical support team will gladly provide the guidance during the installation process.

Step 5

Once your installation is complete and the system performance tested, notify our sales team to activate your 5-years limited warranty.
