My wife and I are over the moon with our Heat Exchanger FSP Air-conditioned coupled pool heater. For the same price as a traditional pool heater, we have free pool heat 11 months of the year in Florida. Alex was super professional. He knew how to install the unit from start to finish. If you're getting a heat exchanger and live in Florida, there's no better person to do your installation than Alex! Don't pay someone to learn on your AC system... have Alex, who has installed the titanium heat exchanger many times, do the installation for a stress-free installation.

I hold 5 separate Masters License in 2 different states and I am a very hard person to please if people don't show up or are ignorant about their trade. Alex traveled 4 hours to get to my house and worked professionally and installed his work in a neat and professional manner.

He did more than the job called for and he has the highest degree of knowledge in his trade than anyone I have ever met. 

My pool heater works phenomenally!!!

I had Alex install an energy efficient pool heater at my home within the past year. It uses a exchange system (like a heat pump) that works with my current central air to heat the swimming pool. It keeps the pool water temperature in the low 90’s and does not use electricity to heat the water. As a matter of fact, it uses less electricity by deactivating the A/C cooling fan when heating the pool water. A/C cooling is now done by “exchanging” the heat, from A/C to pool water, and the A/C cooling fan does not run (they will explain in detail). The system has worked very well, has been easy to operate and trouble-free. But that is only half of the story. Perhaps more important, is the excellent service Alex has provided. Very up-front about all the details, always available, and eager to assist, even in matters unrelated to his system. Like making my noisy, relatively new A/C compressor quiet by “inventing” and installing sound suppressing solutions. Since the compressor sits on the other side of the wall from our bedroom, we now sleep better. In summary, I would unequivocally give Alex five stars out of five for service as well as for the pool heating equipment he installed.

Our pool heat exchanger has become the hot topic of conversation when guests come to our house. Who would have thought? While guests are enjoying a swim in our pool they’re always amazed to hear it’s being heated for free. This fascinates them. They invariably complain about the high costs they are paying to heat their pool and quickly want to know how they too can install this innovative cost-saving device.

HAPPY CUSTOMER IN SW FL. The Heat Exchanger has been a great addition to our pool. Like many Florida pool owners, we have a pool cage wrapped in super screen covering the pool. The super screen blocks out a lot of the sun's radiant heat and even during the middle of summer, the pool temperature would naturally be around 83 degrees. My wife and kids prefer the pool temperature to be in the high 80s and the heat exchanger has been the perfect economical compliment in helping me attain that temperature without having to turn on our pool heater. Our next door neighbors who also regularly use their pool and also have pool cages have to continually heat their pool even during the Summer to achieve a temperature in the high 80s. Having the heat exchanger for approximately one year now, I'm very happy with the system and my reduced electric bill. Alex is a business owner who takes pride in his product and 1st class quality installation. I highly recommend him and their systems for your pool.
